B2B ROI Calculator is a free suite of static web calculators designed to collect as little data as possible.

Calculations stay in your browser

Every calculation runs entirely on your device. The numbers you enter are not sent to a server, and there is no account. Share links encode your inputs in the URL only if you choose to copy and share them.

The one thing we store: report emails

If you choose to download a PDF report, we ask for a work email so we can follow up, plus optional company and role. We also keep a summary of the calculator inputs you modelled. We store this lead information to operate the service and, only where you tick the partner-offers box, to share with a relevant partner in that category. If you do not tick the box, your details are never shared with partners.

Analytics

We use a lightweight, cookieless analytics script that records anonymous, aggregated events such as which calculator was used. It sets no persistent identifiers and collects no personal information, so this site shows no cookie banner. We run no advertising trackers.

Your choices

• You can use every calculator with no email at all — only the PDF report asks for one.
• Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can email us to be removed.
